MMA Fight Sim (mmafightsim.com) is a strictly independent fan-made project created for entertainment and analytical purposes. This platform is NOT affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), Zuffa, LLC, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. The use of names and references is solely for the purpose of simulation logic and sports commentary.
Welcome to MMA Fight Sim. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of mmafightsim.com and all of our games and tools. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. Please read them alongside our Disclaimer and Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our UFC simulator, Matchmaker, Career Mode, Booker, Card Builder, or any other part of the site, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Use of the Service
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the site and its games for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. 3. Entertainment Only — No Gambling or Betting
This website is a free simulation game intended for entertainment and analytical discussion only. Outcomes are produced by our algorithm and do not represent guaranteed real-world results. All original code, design, written articles, and our proprietary simulation engine are the property of MMA Fight Sim. While we use publicly available athlete data to power the fight predictor, we claim no ownership over official athlete likenesses or the trademarks of professional organizations, which remain the property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce our original content without permission.
7. Third-Party Links & Advertising
The site may contain advertising and links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites or advertisers. Visiting them is at your own discretion and subject to their own terms.
8. Saved Data
Your game progress is stored locally in your browser, not on our servers. We are not responsible for the loss of saved data — for example, if you clear your browser data, switch devices, or use private browsing. See our Privacy Policy for details.
